Romney’s ‘Faith in America’ Address – New York Times:
Almost 50 years ago another candidate from Massachusetts explained that he was an American running for President, not a Catholic running for President.
If Mitt Romney gets to draw parallels between him self and JFK, then I get to call myself whatever the hell I want.
I’m sure as I read and digest this speech, I will have more angry things to say about it.

What kind of name is Mitt anyway?
Take it from this former Bostonian, forcing Massachusetts residents to have insurance — not employers — makes you no Kennedy.
Mitt = Twitt!

In all honesty, some of what he said was fine. The parts about how religion shouldn’t matter, but the other parts where he said that his religion wouldn’t be an issue in his Presidency are so full of shit, his hair will never go gray.
“Freedom and religion endure together, or perish alone.”
Am I a horrible person for wondering if his speechwriter watches Lost?
(Jack, in the episode “White Rabbit” – “But if we can’t live together, we’re going to die alone.”)
