Nerd stuff, mental health parity, social justice. Those are my things. Health facts and nutrition, as well as critical thinking about food science tends to be Shannon’s gig. I admit I do not know a lot about this topic, but Shannon will not let me remain willfully ignorant to it. She’s started me reading Junkfood Science, one article at a time, and I do think it is a fantastic place to start getting accustomed to a blog genre I’m not too familiar with.
