Sunday Morning Crazy: Dancing from Crazy Part 2

From: Dancing From Genesis:

Any rational thinker knows that if Barack Obama would be elected president, then the islamic world would jump for joy, because a U.S. pullout of Iraq, and soft U.S. policy against the PLO, would certainly be ahead, as well as, perhaps, Obama’s continued support of his radical muslim-backed cousin, Raila Odinga, who is trying to become president of Kenya, with huge muslim support, even killing Christians and burning churches for Odinga’s cause.

So congressman Steve King of Iowa stated the obvious Friday, that a wild celebration by Muslims is a lock if Obama wins; so who can argue that?  But the mainstream media is decrying Kings’s statement, calling it racist, and McCain has distanced himself from King’s statement already, but that’s ok, all of America knows it’s true, just ask any Muslim for confirmation, no need to ask most Christians.  Sean Hannity has an hour-long special report about Obama’s troubling relationships with muslim radicals, including Louis Farrakhan, Sunday night on Hannity’s America, but don’t hold your breath that Hannity will be talking about Odinga, so you’ll have to further research him yourself.

Those are three sentences of undiluted wing-nuttery of the highest order. This guy makes Sunday Morning Crazy EASY. I won’t hold my breath about Hannity being fair and balanced. Furthermore, I have spoken to a few Muslims. They won’t fill me in on their world wide caliphate plot, because they told me I was CRAZY for bringing it up.

More SMC after the break.

New Feature: Ask A Bastard

Readers, Monday’s suck. For most of us, Monday represents the return to the daily grind. Being a bleeding heart liberal, I want to help make your Monday’s bearable. Therefore, I’m starting a new feature on my blog: Ask A Bastard.

Send me an email or leave a comment with a problem, crisis or a quandary. I will answer said issue, honestly and to the best of my ability.

Now, why should you ask me to answer your question?

I have extensive experience (read: 8 years with the juvenile court, a year and a half with a residential treatment facility) working with people (probably more screwed up than you, dear reader) and empowering them to deal with their own issues. I can, and will, clarify issues and, if need be, help people find counselors in their area.

So ask away.

Mall Ninja

Shrine of the Mall Ninja » LonelyMachines:

But then again I think of the mayors nephew, his face distored with tears and terror, the GAP employees who asked for my autograph, and had to settle for a cover identity’s signature, the flashbangs, and their acrid scent, the small of napalm in the evening breeze, as I crouch behind a shopping cart in the parking lot, the target practice with my dearest comrades and friends, the members of my teams, and our live fire exercises-Can I leave it all behind? should I?

I spent my pre-caffinated Sunday morning reading this priceless gem from the internet. I got it from this priceless gem of the internet. It reminded me of this story–

Way back in 1994, my college friends and I went to the Beloit Mall for the first time. Two of my friends, one who had already had a tango with the police for blowing a red light, ran into the center of a mural and pretended to play in a fountain. I think we all began to jump around and act our age.

Mall security came and started yelling at us. One rail thin mall-ninja yelled at me. “Come here right now!” I responded simply, “Fuck no” and walked away.

If I had known that he could have been a special forces ninja, I think I might I have just said no.

Dear Young Earth Creationist–

Do more to support your case by linking evidence and summarize your headlines. You are making wild assertions, citing zero evidence cited and your headlines are run on sentences that would make any grammarian’s eyes bleed. I don’t believe your content at all for two reason–you don’t support your claims and each post is a direct attack on another person. That doesn’t do much to change hearts and minds. That inspires counter blog posts full of vitriol.

I think you did one thing right by turning off comments. When my readers (specifically Seth. Hi Seth!) see this, they’ll click over and read the blog in its entirety. They would then like to post. One reader (again, Seth) would then post volumes and volumes of information, all cited appropriate, and attempt to engage you in discourse. Since all you want to do is, apparently, shout into the wilderness, turning off comments is particularly brilliant.

Welcome to the blogosphere.
